The stretch on the belt is fantastic, I am a size 18/20 and I wear a large but I can wear a medium too, depends on bloating that day.
Below are some size guides for the elasticated belts; the UK size guides are based on our years of customers trying and buying these belts in store. I have also included the measurements in inches. The first measurement is the belt laying flat, unworn, coming out of the packet, from clasp to clasp. The second measurement is the belt extended to the longest length of a person wearing it comfortably.
Small Belt will fit sizes 8-14; approx 25.5 inches - 44 inches
Medium Belt will fit sizes 14 -18; approx 26.5 inches - 47 inches
Large Belt will fit sizes 18-26 ; approx 27.5inches - 50 inches
I purchased the black and red bow belts. One in Medium and one large. I'm an 18/20 and both fit great. They don't feel tight or restrictive like some elasticated belts. They also have a lot of give so you can sit, stand and walk comfortably with it on.
